What I can help with

Most of my work is with sellers — including situations that don't fit a standard listing: an inherited house, a property that needs more work than the owner wants to take on, a sale that needs to stay private, or a timeline driven by something other than the market. One thing worth saying plainly: I'm a real estate agent, not an attorney, accountant, or financial adviser. On questions that are genuinely legal or tax questions, I'll tell you so and point you toward someone qualified rather than guess.
